The main treatment is full body massage ( back, arms, legs, feet, stomach) using specially selected essential oils, diluted in a base oil and applied to the body. The power of touch is instinctive and can become a powerful healing tool.

Everybody and anybody can benefit using aromatherapy. Each essential oil used during a treatment contains properties, which can help a wide range of ailments some of these include reducing anxiety, ease depression, boost energy levels, speed up the healing process, induce sleep, improving digestion and increase circulation. The essential oil is applied to the body which enters the skin through hair follicles where they are absorbed into the blood stream and circulated round the body. The oil strengthens the immune system along with giving body and mind time to relax and rejuvenate.
